Refund requests are accepted within 3 days of receiving photos, provided a reasonable explanation and evidence of an issue with the images are submitted. Refunds are not granted for change of mind or misuse. If you select next-day delivery, refunds will not be granted for this option unless the images are not delivered within 24 hours from the order on working days (Monday to Friday). However, a partial refund may be considered if there is reasonable doubt about the quality of the images. Once a refund is processed, access to the images will be revoked.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Furneso.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the services in question.
